The Poth-O-Carry® Versa lineup is a great way to house emergent plants on the edge of your aquarium. But what if your tank lid has narrow openings? The Versa Nano is only 1.5" in depth, 3" wide, and should fit comfortably behind most hoods in their areas for HOB filters. Plants are a wonderful addition to any fish tank, for both beauty and nitrate management. Sometimes your fish will eat the leaves, so an above-water plant is a great solution. dip the roots in, never have to water the plant. Add some color to the top of your tank! Some plants like to have their roots fully submerged, others like to be sitting out. Poth-O-Carry® Versa, with its adjustable cube-basket, will do that for you. It can sit with the basket an inch above the rim of the tank, or lower an inch below the rim! The Nano basket measures 3" wide x1.5" deep (including inner rail section) x3.5" tall, and has breathing and root holes on the left and right sides, as well as the bottom.
The short rail will support up to 1.5" rims, and the Rimless Option will work for rimless tanks up to .5" in thickness. Let me know if you need different rail sizes!
